📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We carefully prepare and package your order before handing it over to USPS.

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, Dobyns Family Creations is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed while in the possession of the carrier.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members and neighbors and contacting your local USPS office.

🏠 WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.

If you accidentally enter the wrong address, contact us right away. If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to help.

Addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped.
