🎨 UPLOAD YOUR OWN DESIGN
This listing is for custom apparel featuring YOUR artwork. You will provide the design, logo, graphic, or image you would like us to print.

For the best possible finished product, please submit high-quality, print-ready artwork.

For best results, we strongly recommend:

• 300 DPI resolution
• Transparent background whenever possible
• PNG format when transparency is needed
• Clear, crisp artwork large enough for the desired print size
• Original artwork files whenever available

Please avoid submitting screenshots, blurry or pixelated images, heavily compressed files, or small images saved from social media.

⚠️ ARTWORK QUALITY IS IMPORTANT
Your finished print can only be as good as the artwork provided.

Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or improperly formatted files may require additional preparation before we can begin production.

When possible, we will make reasonable adjustments to optimize customer-provided artwork for printing. However, artwork optimization cannot recreate detail or resolution that does not exist in the original image.

If your artwork requires additional optimization, background removal, cleanup, or other preparation, additional processing time may be necessary and could delay your order.

If we determine that your file will not produce an acceptable-quality print, we may contact you through Etsy Messages and request a higher-resolution version. Production may be placed on hold until suitable artwork is received.

To avoid unnecessary delays, please upload the highest-quality version of your artwork available when placing your order.

✂️ BACKGROUND REMOVAL & ARTWORK PREPARATION
Whenever possible, please submit your artwork with a transparent background.

If your design contains a solid background that you do not want printed, additional file preparation may be necessary.

Simple background removal and basic print optimization may be performed when possible. However, artwork requiring extensive editing, recreation, redesign, or complex background removal may require an additional fee and your approval before work begins.

If you're unsure whether your artwork is print-ready, message us before ordering! We're happy to take a look.

📍 DESIGN PLACEMENT
Depending on the garment and your selections, available placement options may include:

• Small Left-Chest/Pocket-Area Design
• Full Front Design
• Full Back Design
• Front & Back Combination
• Other Custom Placement When Available

Design size and placement may be adjusted slightly based on the size and proportions of the garment to provide the best finished appearance.

📏 SIZING
Please refer to the size charts provided in the listing photos before selecting your size.

Sizing and fit can vary between garment styles, so we recommend comparing the measurements provided with a shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie you already own and love.

For a relaxed or oversized fit, consider sizing up based on the measurements provided.

🖥️ COLORS, MOCKUPS & FINISHED PRODUCTS
Digital mockups and listing photos are provided to give you the best possible representation of the finished product.

However, actual garment colors and printed design colors may vary slightly from what appears on your computer, tablet, or phone screen.

Variations can occur due to:

• Screen and monitor settings
• Lighting and photography
• Printing processes
• Garment color and material
• Ink interaction with different fabrics

The scale and placement of your design may also appear slightly different on the finished garment compared with a digital mockup. For example, the same design may appear proportionally different on a Small shirt compared with a 3X shirt.

Because of these variables, we cannot guarantee that the exact color, design size, scale, or placement displayed digitally will be identical to the finished physical product.

Minor variations are a normal part of custom apparel production and are not considered defects.

Before completing checkout, please carefully verify your:

If you notice an error after submitting your order, contact us immediately.

Once your item has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

By uploading artwork to your order, you confirm that you own the artwork or have the necessary rights, licenses, or permission to reproduce it.

Please do not submit copyrighted characters, trademarks, company logos, photographs, artwork, or other intellectual property that you do not have authorization to reproduce.

Dobyns Family Creations reserves the right to decline any artwork we are unable or unauthorized to reproduce.

📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We carefully create, inspect, and package your custom order before handing it over to USPS.

Once your package has been accepted by USPS, Dobyns Family Creations is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed while in the possession of the carrier.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members and neighbors and contacting your local USPS office.

🏠 WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing checkout.

If you accidentally enter an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to assist you. However, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped.

❗ ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER?
We want you to love what we create for you!

If there is an issue with the item you receive, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the item and the issue.

Please keep in mind that minor differences in garment color, print color, design size, scale, or placement resulting from the production process or differences between digital images and physical products are not considered defects.
