Embroidery recreates artwork using thread and stitches, so the finished result will differ from a printed image or digital preview.

• Fine details and small lettering: Thin lines, tiny text, and closely spaced elements can lose definition or blend together.

• Complex artwork: Photographs, intricate patterns, shading, and gradients may need to be simplified for stitching.

• Multiple colors: Designs with many colors—especially within small or detailed areas—can lose clarity. Fewer, clearly separated colors usually stitch more cleanly.

• Thread colors: Thread will be matched as closely as possible, but exact screen colors and color transitions cannot be guaranteed.

• Design placement and size: The available embroidery area depends on the style, seams, fabric, and shape of the hat. Beanie designs are embroidered directly onto the folded cuff.
